many will have read the long and drawn out saga of this company and some members of scoobynet.

Its obvious to me ..and you make your own minds up!!!

That this company has some major problems with dealing with customers complaints and supplying them even though they have taken the money.

I would like to know why they are still allowed to advertise here on scoobynet?????

is it just the money scoobynet are interested in???

If you believe companies with this attitude should be allowed to advertise ..please say so and why.

Is it really them?

If so that really sucks they ripped of those guys as they knew they could get away with it.

Why is ScoobyNet letting them rip of its own community? If they are still advertising here that is.

I never use the shop but happened to see their name come up on a "random product" link.
Not a single post of praise for this lot, hope nobody else has ordered from them.

No comment from the powers that be?
Surely for those that have paid for their SN Plus membership the possibility that this facility will result in them being ripped off is far from ideal for all concerned?
AFAIK 3 people have issues with Scooby-parts (Londonderry) which have basically been ignored by them for several months.
Not trying to be funny but is this issue not a little bit more urgent than the "usual suspects" whinging about deleted posts/threads?

Hi All

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

scooby-parts have now been removed from scoobyshop in light of multiple complaints being brought to our attention.

We were not aware of the scale of the problem, so apologies if it seemed like we were not doing anything about it.

Just to make things clear that we did NOT keep scooby-parts on scoobyshop for our gain, we have not receieved a single penny from scooby-parts as they were using the free of charge services of scoobyshop.

Please can anyone who has ended up out of pocket, let us know how their situation is resolved and we strongly suggest contacting a solicitor (who will probably work for a "no win, no fee") about it, and we will be happy to assist in any way we can.

Best regards

Simon

If all this has stopped 1 further person being ripped off then it's been worth it.
