Tracker cannot be moved from car to car but rac trackster can, its a bit more expensive at 599 and 120 quid a year subscription but the local police here in Plymouth recommended that system to me as being the best system all round for value for money, and standard of system generally, very accurate they said, also tells them position, speed etc which tracker doesn't, and also and I dont know if this is true, but he said you need a receiver within 5 miles or it dont work.
