Question

Hi All,

A friend of mine has just bought an '94 Import WRX and would like some recomendations on ECU Upgrades.

He's not looking for a complete replacement like an Omex or Motec, just a piggy back or similar to tune it for 98ron petrol and higher boost levels.

What would be a reasonable safe boost limit to have the ECU mapped to given its a daily drive, and given the strength(or lack thereof)of the early gearboxes.

Currently the car is running an HKS downpipe mated to a blitz exhaust, no other mods.

Any recomendations of ECU's and places who can fit them(south of england preferred) would be much appreciated,

Thanks

Sam

Yes I can fit it, but being a wrx it needs a socket soldering in..

it comes with a conservative map.. at about 15.5psi
