Yep - no great shakes but I'm not easily impressed

My dream is to have the car picked up from my work, serviced at a reasonable cost, some 'niggles' fixed free of charge, washed and valeted and then returned on a back of a flatbed truck in pristine condition with only 'road test' mileage added. Collection & delivery should be carried out by well spoken gentleman in suit & tie with cotton gloves on, who strokes the car lovingly as you swap stories about your pride & joy.

I think I'm expecting a bit too much tho

Alex

Provide a no nonsence service to customers. Also diagnose any potential faults honestly.

Thanks

Excellent service as far as I am concerned. Changed to them from another Subaru dealer in Surrey who also sell Lotus's and was amazed at the difference. My clutch started juddering badly and after my previous experience of the other dealer I expected a real fight to get it fixed. Cheam motors booked it in to be fixed straight away without even taking it for a test drive. When I picked up the car the guy behind the desk noticed the range on my remote was terrible (I had asked the other dealer to fix it several times and they hadn't bothered) and booked it in for a replacement alarm without me even asking.

...I agree with Danny; Andy & Jim seem to have looked up customer service in the dictionary before they came to work ! I'm 90 minutes away with 2 or three other dealers closer than Cheam so thats a good reflection I hope!
