Come on Guys

It is now 6 months since the launch of the Scoobyshop/Plus membership and the encashment of my cheque

Yes I know I can take advantage of my membership now and yes the membership period won't start until the packs are issued

But the latest reason for delay is the "prototype keyring is not good enough" is IMHO not good enough

I would like a definative FINAL deadline for the issue of packs

I can't keep saying enough how sorry we are about the issues involving the membership packs being issued.

From a Scoobynet point of view, we really wanted to send all contents of the pack out together. Because the quality of the keyrings has not been up to scratch, this has been delayed (in fact you wouldn't believe the amount of heartache and time this has caused us).

We have now decided to send the packs out without the keyrings, with the keyrings following as soon as they are ready.

These packs were planned to be sent out about 2 weeks ago, but I have recently had a death in my immediate family... as you can imagine SN took a back seat.

I aim to get these packs received by all members by the end of next week.

Received an email on the 14th stating 2 weeks

Welcome to the Scoobynet Plus Membership! :)

Firstly, can we apologise for the long delays you have experienced with receiving your membership packs. We have experienced major problems with both quality and production issues of the keyrings.

We have now decided that we can wait no longer for the final production of the keyrings, so will be issuing the pack minus the keyring within the next 14 days.

The initial pack will consist of a welcome letter, your membership card and official scoobynet stickers.

We hope to send out the keyring as soon as possible after this date.

Because of the delays you have experienced, we will not initiate your first years membership until the initial packs have been sent out.

Once again, apologies for the delays and we hope you are benefiting from the major discounts available as a SNPLUS member on Scoobyshop, as the feedback we have had is excellent.

So the dates are still slipping back :( . Why.... if the packs are being sent out without the keyrings all the other bits should be ready. We were told that the other bits have been ready for months :( .

Can you please ensure that any amendments to your mailing address are sent to us BEFORE Friday 25th April 2003, as we intend to dispatch the membership packs over that weekend.

Are we nearly there???
