That's where I take mine. Have never had any complaints and they are very well priced compared to a lot of other dealers.

not too bad, but preferred the Osbournes in Colchester...

had servicing done by days in chelmsford and osborne in colchester

plus for colchester is collection but dont wait no coffee tv papers, but get this at days and they seemed quicker at a while you wait 1hour 10mins for small service, 2 and a half hours at colchester and £20 dearer price of oil

yeah - but i got a courtesy car at Osbournes (an Isuzu pick up, although they normally ahve Impreza GXs) - no-one's ever offered me one before (Quenbys, Days and Welch Group) plus the service from osbourne's was the best yet. Looking forward to trying the new Service guy a Days tho - esp as you get 10% SIDC disc on labour as well.....

Just had my first dfealings with them. A freind of mine has just purchased a secondhand MY01 Bugeye from them. Very nice car, very friendly service.

Seemed to know about the product, and have an enthusiasm for it. (Well that was Steve anyway - don't know about the other sales guys as we didn't deal with them)

I had my 1K service at Quenbys and am booked in next month also. They were keenly priced and also gave me advice over the phone re a small problem I had (still the cream sorted that out!). I would recommend them.

sorry Evo haven't looked in here for a while. Don't have the receipt on me but my last 6 month service cost sopmething like £70 odd. I did take my own oil though.

I do recommend them.

FYI the service department is down the road from the showroom etc. so check where you are going.

Quenbys have supplied and looked after both of my Imprezas over the last 6 years and I would recommend them to anyone. I have always had a courtesy car as well although I think its dependant upon whether 1. you ask for one when you book up, 2. book up far enough in advance and 3. (maybe) you bought your car from them in the first place. Not sure on 3 and it all depends on 2. anyway. They used to use various vehicles such a Justys, and the bug eye TS, but are now using the Daihatsu YRVs which I find great fun.

Always had courtesy cars from both Welch and Osborne's, but it means you have to book up earlier.

Never been but when a I phoned for a PPP price on MY99 they quoted £2,000, plus the car would have to be sent away to Pro-Drive to have the bits fitted so would be without my car for 3 days

That didnt impress me that much - seeing as its RRP is £1600 and its a dealer fit option now
