Days of Chelmsford have got a new service manager (Lee)seems well up on the cars and very helpful.

Sat having a coffee with two others in the showroom and they said the same, in fact one said 100% better than the old one, cos he calls you back and the job is done first time (Totally agreed with the guy).

Good luck Lee (if you read this)and keep up the good work.

Even got a new guy on the service desk.

Days have lost my business due to a very unprofessional attitude on the service side, new staff is good news.

My new dealer is spot on so far :D

I moved from Days to Osbournes because I could never get through to get the car booked in

Osbournes are excellent

yeah, I had problems with the Service Dept at Days when I had my Sport. Put me right off using them again now I've got WRX. Might give them another chance, especially as SIDC 10% discount is tempting.

Osbournes in Colchester still very good.

don't know were he went, but the service was spot on and the coffee even better than colchester and the while you wait was over an hour quicker and a lot cheaper than colchester.

Could of had a loan car but if its that good no need, only on the major service.
