Jeez that stuff gets everywhere - difficult to wash off when there's no hot water supply too :)

Accidentally got a load on the back of a chrome mixer tap... any hot tips for removing it without scratching the tap?

You can buy Silicone remover, you have to buy a tube of it though, even though you may only need a small amount, tis quite dear too!!

I have some silicone remover, and it smells suspiciously like Swarfega. Try some of that first, it's a sight cheaper.
