Damn - ITV and F1
Coverage of US GP - what the hell is the F1 doing on ITV2 live.... (can get cable or crappy Off-Digitial as out in the sticks)
Are they committed to cover the sport or are they more bothered about the 'pipe and slippers' Corrie Fans ?
Actually I know that answer. Bet it would be different if it was Man U playing

I am in the Northwest - we get Granada ITV. There is delayed F1 coverage at 10.45 pm - 1.40 am tonight.

I agree IDS - pants coverage by ITV. I've got On Digital so watched the race live, but was still annoyed that they didn't show it on the 'proper' channel. Great shame because it was one of the better races this season.
What annoys me the most is that they are perfectly prepared to muck up their schedules to show obscure European football matches that might not even involve British teams, but they won't do the same for F1 http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/mad.gif

Fine by me, I went to the pub and came home at 10.55 4 pints better off and watched the race.
ITV is still better than BBC,
Do you honestly think BBC would have showed the entire race.

Does anyone know of any web sites doing a web-cast of it ?

I am sure the BBC only showed 45 mins of highlights, especially before they lost all the other sports!
Oh well never mind its only telly.

I stayed up to watch it, but managed while channel surfing shortly before the race to catch the News on another channel exactly at the point the guy was talking about Schumie winning. Quite pi55ed off 'cos the race isn't anywhere near as interesting (!) when you know who wins.
Compared to the BTCC races shown earlier in the day, F1 has become pretty boring...

If you want to watch racing when you have no idea (from moment to moment) who is going to fall off the track/crash/etc. try the Moto GP or Superbike racing.
They are a bunch of total nutters!

I watched it on video on Monday (recorded the race off ITV on Sunday night). I was pretty annoyed as there was nothing on ITV on Sunday that I wanted to watch.
Good old ITV - after paying loads of cash for the rights they go and treat us viewers like rubbish. As if we don't put up with enough c**p from them already with the advert breaks.
