the deal is as follows:
You spend £450 on various drill bits at list price, you can get what you want, i.e. HSS,SDS,Holesaws,Mason Masters etc.
We get various discounts on drills any was, say 60% on HSS, 38% on holesaws etc...
Across the board it probly works out at 50% discount we normally get so in effect you are paying twice as much for the drills - £225 worth of drill bits for £450.
The catch - You get one of these free - not from here though.

When you work out that one of these sets you back £340 anyway, its not a bad do.
