How about a MY2001 STi front lip on your MY98-00 Std WRX...This looks Sweet....Not my car but one of our inovative Scooby Brothers here Fitted the front lip....Not a Complete bolt-on but Really Close...I like it...

It looks like the MY01 front lip looks better on MY99/MY00 then on MY01. Now that´s interesting.

Not sure on the lights...I think he said they were Hella 300 and 500's...not sure as for the airflow..No problems indicated...yet...
