Hi I just got a set of front fog covers for MY99 and i see they have 3 metal like brackets which the top 2 fit into the bumper and the bottom one just seems to rest on the bumper as well as scratching it up :(

I dont like how easy they are to come off or how they are meant to be held in place so plan to change this has anyone come up with any better ways to fix theres on as i would appreciate any help on this, I have a few ideas but guessed someone must have come up with summit better by now or im just fitting them wrong.lol

You're not fitting them wrongly. You just need to cut a slit in the bumper so the bottom fixing slots into it. Look at how the top two fit :)

thanks for the reply that was one option i considered yeah was just worried i would cut the slot put the cover on then not be able to get it back out again.lol
