How do people declare this to insurers?

They just have it down as 'exhaust modification' for me. Many insurers I've checked arent interested in the exact details as there is no slipding scale (AFAIK) for different types of exhaust mods - just one loading whether its a Scooby Sport or a Harrier tailpipe

Haven't a full decat, but the last time I renewed, it came back on the schedule as "Performance Upgrade - Exhaust. Power increase up to 10%"
