The Powerflow place in Newport is A+A Tyres and Exhausts.
They are at the top of Granville Lane, that's the town side of George Street Bridge ( the suspension one ) take the left hand turning as you just get to the traffic lights. If you need better directions e:mail me.

i'm gutted cos i'm cup tied and can't play in that game!
i just recently signed for newport from cardiff but ironically i helped cardiff get into the next stage(beat tns 3-1).
oh well just have to sit and watch!!

I could still qualify for that age group too!

i'm booked in for 8.30am tommorrow at powerflow(5.5" jap style back box), and the coach leaves for our match ay 10.30am (hilton)so there best be no complications or i'm fcuked!!!!!

I know mate, he was my manager at Crystal Palace when i was there and i have seen him down a pint or 30 in my time!

I don't really drink that offen either, if at all, so i would'nt even attempt it!!!

Well i'm going to A&A for 8.30am and it will hopefully be finished before 10am as i need to be at the hilton in Newport before 10.30am as thats when the coach leaves!

I used to live by him and kick a ball about with him oh nearly 30 years ago up the Gaer in Newport. He lived in Rupert Brooke Drive, I lived in Byron Road.
Now his dad, there was a drinker.
