I have an ITG filter on my RB5 and have done like 20,000 miles with it in there! Had no problems whatsoever.
Daiscooby, you can have my Filter for nothing if you want as im now after a HKS or equivalent, something with a box to cutoff engine heat. Anyone know of a company that does em??

But I have verbally shook hads with Dar-Wil on his and I wouldn't want to let him down. But mucho thanks. I spoke to Paul at TSL and he said all there cars run them and they have fitted 2000 + with no adverse effects, so I will go with it.

I've got an sti 5 which has a very sensitive air flow sensor. The hks filter which was on the car when I bought it caused the sensor to fail very regularly (not helped by the fact that the previous owner had the bonnet vents open with the filter directly beneath)which proved very expensive. The kit is only 8 months old and is in good condition. It is fine for the uk spec and earlier sti 4 and less but If you have an sti 5 or 6 I would not recommend changing the filter but use an itg panel filter (with no ill effects at pres) which is what I now use.

Ps there are many threads as to the use of induction kits, pros and cons, on scoobynet to help in your choice.
Will let you know price when I've done some research later on tonight.
