How many times must I enter my details for it to keep telling me it is case sensitive only for me to use the back button and have to re-enter all my info again and again.
Then when I do as it says and enter in lower case even though I registered in upper case it tells me that my user name is not found.
How many other potential customers have you lost due to the registration system not working right.

Both your username and password are case sensitive. This doesn't mean you need to enter it lower case, it means they both must be entered exactly as they appear on your registration. It's just security.
