Newport,

I've just had mine lowered by 45mm at the front and 35mm at the back, and i also have 17" Speedlines!!!

It looks the business now, and more aggressive at the front as it's lower!!! will try and get picks up soon.

The springs were from MRT and cost me £112.80 for the front 2.

Here's the URL

Hope it helps.

Cheers.

MRT/Whiteline springs would be my recommendation too...

we see a lot of the guys using them over here stateside..

30mm drop or 45mm drop... your choice.
They hold up well... make the car look more aggressive...
while allowing for better turn in and overall drivability of the car.

good luck to ya...

Alrighty,

I had my car lowered by 35mm all round, but didn't really feel the front was low enough!!

Could you get the G-Max ones any lower or was 35mm the lowest??

Cheers.

I would say stick with the best and fit Eibach.

Okay so they only lower by 30mm but had them fitted about 3 weeks ago on my MY99Wagon sport and i wish i had had it done ages ago...

sweet rid ........
had a sports kit fitted to a scirocco a few years back and the ride was like sitting on a skate board........thud thud thudd.....
not with the eibach m8 good handling and makes the car look more aggresive............
GO GET THOSE SPINGS M8
