We are going to be doing a North Wales meet on Sunday March 9th, this being the first one lets see how much interest we can get, you know it makes sense as we have some cracking roads around here.

The meet point will be The Travelodge car park at Brittania Bridge on the Bangor side not sure exactly what time yet lets see how much interest we get, the route we can also fine tune depending where we get people from, but i have a route in mind with very good A roads and B roads and some great scenery.

I'll definately be there, the wife is on a weekend course so it'll just be little old me, just means I don't have to behave myself so much when I drive. Just let me know what time.

i have just seen a green sport and silver turbo at tesco car park at abt 6pm tonight and a blue bugeye when leaving tesco.

surely, there must be more.....

 

I saw a green sport with gold wheels and a magnex 6"x4" pipe today when I was coming out of B&Q. There's gotta be more people out there, come on!!!!!!

 

Hi lads, i saw a few turbos around my way yesterday but i guess people don't know about scoobynet or a scooby is just another car to them, unlike us enthsiasts.

 

Maybe we need to educate them, I had thought of printing off some flyers and leaving them under wipers telling them about scoobynet and where to find info on the meet. Two weeks to go!!

Seems to be a lot less people in North Wales than South Wales who know about Scoobynet. I've only had my Scoob about 3 weeks and I'm well into everything.

oh i only live a few miles away near beaumairs, so r u going to the meet on the 9th? what scooby do u have so i can keep an eye out for u in the mean time. mine is a MY02 sti prodrive, blue with the headlight conversion.

 

 

Looking good for a great first meet now lads.
I did a little recce of part of the run the other day it may be slightly longer than i first planned (about 85miles i reckon) but i have included some nice little twisty sections. I will get some maps done and give you all a copy on the day, i will also start a new thread in afew days so peps can put there names down so we can get confirmation on whose coming.

Rob555, I've seen you about. I've got a blue wagon, used to have a light blue Fiat Coupe Turbo. I'm from Beaumaris originally and my dad and grandparents still live there, I'm over there most wednesdays. You overtook me one night a couple of months ago by the Alms houses on the top road into Beaumaris just before the Llandonna turning, I was in the Fiat with me nan hence the slowness!!! I will definately be there on the 9th, I'll give you a wave if I see you before then.
