I think it would, but you'd need the headlights too, and maybe the bumper..............?

Hmmm, sound like a bit of work! Might just change the grill and be done with it!:)

The bonnet will fit but the grill would need the lights as the grill on the later cars is very slightly wider (due to the shape of the lights).
You can fit the grill with the original lights but you would have to trim the edges to fit round the lights.

Your bumper will be fine the MY97/8 cars had a facelift and kept the old bumper:)

The only consern is that the bonnet vent would be designed to fit a straight intercooler and you have an angled one. It will fit it just wont be a perfect seal over the intercooler:D

Hello Dyney - long time since I've seen you mate :)

Having read your post above, just wanted a bit of clarification...
I want to change the bonnet to a later one but have just ordered an STI Ver 6 grill (from TSL) for a MY95 and I'm about to order some Morrettes....

Should I order Morrettes for the facelift model rather than the MY95

Or will the new bonnet fit with the 95 Morrettes and Ver 6 grill?

Does that make sense??

Forgot to say, I'm not worried about the intercooler and scoop not matching up cos I'll soon have a front mount installed :)

Morrettes are only available for the MY97> (facelifted car)

If the STI 6 grill is a genuine/copy of the STI 6 it should fit with the lights. If it is a modifyed grill to fit the early cars then you may have a gap between the two!

I'm not sure about the bonnet fitting, I seem to remember a car with the early bonnet and a face lifted grill at Hickstead last year!!:) I'll have a dig arount in my photos;)

Found said photo, but it only shows the engine and grill, bonnet was open:(
I would have thought it would fit (don't quote me on that though):)

hi, maybe you guys will know if the newer bonnet vents (the sort of ones that look like 2 separate vents if that makes sense!) will fit straight in the '94 holes??
