hi all,

got ntl broadband this week, first time i checked the mail there were emails from 'filth' sights.

Every time i check the mail there is loads of them!
Thing is I haven't visited them, and I want to stop them turning up.

I've got Agnitum Outpost (from a v kind scoobynetter), can this be setup to stop these mails?, or is there another way to do it?

Also i'm using proxy+ to connect my laptop to the internet, it seems to be a bit 'hit and miss' and am wondering if a physical router is better?

funnily enough my 'spam' count went up when i also upgraged
to NTL broadband..... ??
I use 'mailwasher' www.mailwasher.net. you can
set rules to exclude such things as 'Viagra' 'sex' etc..
doesn't stop it, but helps!!
