Going to a lot more track days this year, any body any recommendations or prices on bike trailers....
My initial look at this, and it may be cheaper to hire a transit every time :(

trailer is the way to go as long as you are doing enough- i'd rather sit in my car- nice and comfy- on the long drive home from a track day than a transit!

What are the restrictions on speed/weight etc..
Does a long haul mean sitting on the motorway at 50mph for hour on end?
Transit hire could work out pretty expensive.
I've been contemplating the same for this year but was also thinking of taking a bike with me on UK/Ireland holidays.

A bike trailer is V light...even a 3 bike trailer would be..i presume.
I doubt there are any 50mph speed restrictions, but I don't know, don't really care either ;)
I have sorted a tow bar out now, and a freind has offered to build me a trailer..which is nice !

as i was aware there are restrictions- 60mph on the motorway and you cant use the outside lane. i found the outside lane thing worse- i figure that if the flow of traffic was between 80-90 then me doing 70ish was no biggy, however using the outside lane seems like an obvious offence to get pulled on so i avoided it. it just means you spend a LOT of time flashing lane 2 hogs who wont pull over for you as they think you should go round them in lane 3!

ps- you can do 120mph with a bike on the trailer and still have no probs...im told ;)
