I have neff built in appliances. Fridge, freezer oven and hob. I have been very pleased with all four. We also had excellent service when one of the knobs broke on the oven on 22 Dec. On the 23 a new one arrived.

The oven was a U1661 which has been fantastic. Very easy to clean and well made. The doors can easilly be removed for cleaning with no tools. I liked the fact you can have conventional style fanless cooking as well and fan assisted for cooking older recipies.

The hob we went for was induction. Excellent, I melt chocolate in a pan it is that gentle and I can boil water much quicker in a pan than in the kettle. There is no heat generated directly by the hob, so you can boil a pan of milk over and it will not burn badly. Controls are touch sensitive so no fiddly knobs to clean round. The only downside is you must have good quality stainless or iron pans.

The fridge and freezer work well but nothing special. I'm not sure what feature would make me go Oh about a fridge or freezer though.

The models I choose were expensive but I was planning to keep the appliances long term, if we move I will buy cheap stuff to replace them with and take mine with me. I think it has been worth every penny.

Shop around online, Neff are really helpful so once you've got the product out of your choosen company garantee issues are unlikely to be an issue as you deal direct with Neff.

Agree with nkh abt the Neff stuff. We got the same oven and a stainless 5 burner hob, plus a Zanussi extractor, for less than Cometimages/smilies/mad.gif wanted for the oven alone.

My wife's a kitchen designer and she chose Neff for our kitchen. Try Jones Direct (http://www.jonesdirect.co.uk/subcatlist.asp?sub=Built%20In%27s) for the appliances. If the appliance you want is not listed, give them a call as not everything is on the website. Good prices and service.

Edited to add: if they ask which organisation your from tell them Royal Mail.

We've got a neff integrated fridge (excellent deal from QED-UK.com) and smeg stainless steel dishwasher (again, QED-uk). I'd recommend the products, but the service from QED isn't terribly good...

Can't beat MFI for price - we replaced the whole kitchen and all the appliances for £6k

We found that Ikea beat MFI for our needs... We got better quality units for the princely sum of 13 quid extra than MFI, despite the "MFI massive sale with free dishwasher" prices. This was also for "high" wall cupboards we wanted, which MFI didn't do.

Not knocking MFI kit at all, it is easier to fit than the Ikea stuff, in particular the hanging mechanism for the wall cupboards, and is excellent quality. The only thing that narks me about them is their rather pathetic sales. If you need to (or are able to) discount something by 50% then it was overpriced in the first place :D

Just waiting for MFI to deliver 3 units for our bathroom now :)
Nick.

Kitchen Gallery in Sawbridgeworth (about 2 miles from the Essex border) are doing ours. They did my parents' and their next door neighbours, and all are pleased with the quality and fit. They're a Neff agent too.
