With my car I just bought came a "Full Subaru Service History", which was printed out.

This is a print-out from a particular Subaru and Isuzu dealership. Does this mean if it was taken somewhere else after 46k miles their computer will not have details?

I must say I didn't notice at the time, but as the car is now on 54k miles 2 things spring to mind:

1) the car is well overdue an oil change if 46k was last one,
2) is my warranty now void even if i get the service/s done???
