Hello all, Can anyone recommend any good online quotation insurance companies for a newbie biker. I have tried direct choice and quote line direct. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
Cheers Paul.

Mitchell and Partners (http://www.mitch.co.uk) are usually the cheapest for me by a long way.

My mate had a few years between bikes and bought a TL1000R. Every quote he got was over £1000, M&P came up with £500

You could also try Colfield Insurance on 08701 660660. Sorry don't know if they do online quotes. But a couple of years back they insured me for £600 TPFT on a '97 GSXR600wv which wasn't to bad considering that I was only 21 at the time. Good luck with your search.

Just started out myself 6 months ago on a Bandit 600.

Used H&R
TPF&T, limited milage to 5000 (now sounds a lot !)
Something like £250.

Datatagged and Alphadotted..

Edited cos I'm a muppet and missed the "Online" part

I use H&R too, very reasonable (though I find the mileage limit a restriction)

Try them at www.insurance2000.co.uk (or com, can't remember...).

Don't phone them cos you can never get hold of the bu99ers!!
