Hello to everyone, I have had my Impreza2000 for a couple of months and this is my first message. Unfortunately I know Khalid (KS) who does not own a Scooby!
If Darren Tiday is reading, I saw you last week, I was in the Green car on A47 @ LFE, I think I met you a while back with Khalid at your workplace.
Anyway, I know there are 1000's of mods but what does everyone reckon is a good starting point, for performance only please?

Hi Alex, and welcome to the fold.
Like you,i am fairly new to the world of scoobys.
My advice is to change the exhaust back box for something a
little more interesting.
I put a scoobysport back box about 3 weeks ago and it sounds great.
On its own it doesnt add much bhp, but if you add a new mid
section as well, you should see about 18 bhp gain and a nice brrrmm!
Those arent my figures, but ones i have found from the net.
If you also replace the downpipe with a de-cat version, you could
gain 30 bhp. (but it wont get through an mot without the main cat)
Good luck and happy motoring.
Greg.

Welcome me old m8.
If you want advice and examples of most types of Mod's why not join the mottly crew and Si:p on the trip to Santa Pod. There will be many examples of both good and bad mod's. - And extreme ones as Gadget Daz is going:D
Please see thread Cov meet goes to Santa Pod. Don't worry the Cov meet does let Leicesterites into the group. Rob555 and Daz both have this handicap;)
