Quinn Direct. initially took out insurance with them at the start of december and they took my two months initial payment. they sent out my proposal form and DD mandate which i posted back BEFORE crimbo. got a letter from them on 30 december saying they needed the forms or else policy would lapse on 10.1.03. so i asked to have duplicate proposal for and DD mandate issued. when nothing arrived i contacted them yesterday and they told me that because i had already been on cover for 19 days they could not issued duplicates.

So i have had to take the day off work, drive from belfast to cavan (200 mile round trip) to complete a proposal form and DD mandate in their offices. feck me jobs worth or what.

musta spent £30 in petrol getting there and back. having said that it was the first long drive i have had in the sccob and i really enjoyed the twisties when i got over the border :D

any way i am covered now (thank feck).
