What about IR heating? Sometimes used in bathrooms too.

Do you want to heat the entire thing or just the area you work in? Former is probably going to be quite expensive, esp. as garages generally aren't well insulated? As for spot heating : IR, electric fan, bar heaters, gas heaters, etc.

Luckily I bought a house that has radiators in the garage!

Keeps the Scoobs warm as toast!

Recommend a space heater, use one all the time and makes a big difference, my Dad bought one from an auction house, paid about £50 for it. Very noisy but quickly heats up a garage, only problem is that when it is switched off the space cools down quite quickly. My solution is a blow heater 1st but also have a gas heater, warm as toast then!
