there r various ways u can lay the wood planks, i'll try & dig out a link or sumin that show possibilities but 1st un off top of my head is that u can lay almost like a boarder round the walls parallel & the inside at 45 degrees kinds thing which looks good but not too sure about a small room like a bathroom etc. Anyway i'll try & find pix etc of possibilities, wot time frame u lookin at since i iz a retard http://www.stopstart.freeserve.co.uk/smilie/dork.gif

I'm going boring with the layout, sorry :D
The hardest thing appears to be getting a thin layer of glue, then pressing the stuff into place.
"Use a 68kg roller" is the instruction. Ha!

Easy to fit, fantastic results, utterly convinced that it's the dog's doodahs. :)

Didn't use a roller, so it'll no doubt all lift and go horribly wrong ;)

That looks good - and it is VINYL right? Wow!
I need to do the kitchen of the new house first, and using this would seem much easier than tiling it yeah? It would go over old old cold marked tiles that i'd clean up first.
Do you saw them down to size? Is this easy?
Cheers

It's vinyl, yes. I like surprising people with that fact ;)
Seek advice from someone who knows, but largely speaking if you can get the floor relatively flat, then put some ply down, you should have an easy life. Your local showroom should advise if they know what they're talking about tho :D

Nick.

BTW reminds me of a funny story i heard once in relation to the "is that PVC" style queries ;)
Aparently a customer had rang up the customer services quite angry that his floor had turned 2 sh!t images/smilies/mad.gif On firther inquiries it turns out he tryed sanding a few mm off the top surface with an electric sander 2 return it's shiny look but strangely the vinyl took a dislike 2 this  Doh http://www.stopstart.fsnet.co.uk/Gif/SimpHomer.gif i think he may have been best 2 use the cleaner dressing stuff 1st :p lmao So just dont try that Chiark ;) lol
