I think it is, with something like eibach springs or so, for a turbo it sits very low on his wheels, my car is not lowered and the space between the wheel and arch is about 5 cm. Happy New Year

Deffo lowered. Mine's on Eibachs and it ain't anywhere near as low as that.

I'd say it's been lowered -45mm, perhaps MRT springs, are they light blue?
