Duston people, join the convoy at the beefeater type place near j16, cause then we can just wait by the exit for everyone to go past and then join, or struggle to keep up (especially for me if roads are wet)).

Quick question... How much is it to get into Santa Pod?

It costs a shocking £9 to get in (for somewhere with practically no facilities). It costs another £15 for unlimited runs on the strip.

Mudchuka, we are not waiting at Tempo as there are too many cars to stop, so we are waiting at a turning (Beefeater) at A45 near J16, but the mini convoy will probably start in my road. Do you want to go right back there to meet or join further along?

Daz, Be nice to Marie and she may let you come along too (or go anyway..lol).

Mudchuka, Yes we are going on the ringroad, as it makes it much easier for us to stick together and it is an easier route. See if you can find yourself a waiting point or lay-by.

Are you confident of the route to the Pod?
I have got there before, I think most of the route is signposted (except a roundabout in Wellingborough), but I don't want to lead the convoy.
Anyone help out?

Yes some are meeting at niccis house others are meeting at the beefeater.I'll be ther at about 10 ish.

If you are free on Sunday, go to the Turnpike (Beefeater pub) on the A45 near J16, to be there for 10.30. We will then join a big convoy and go to Santa Pod.
