Does anyone know if there is a way to increase the volume on the alarm fitted to the STi 7. It seems embarrassingly quiet. Don't think it would wake me from a deep sleep even with the car parked outside and a window open.

Mine got quieter and quieter. Started off annoying, eventually it was funny, you had to walk to the front of the car before you knew it was working. Sounds like your's is in early stages of this.

I went back to the dealer and they said the ni-cd battery in the siren was f****d. New siren under warranty cured it.
