What is the recomended set-up for lowering my car, I am tempted to go for the MRT 45mm lowering springs for the aggresive look, anyone had any bad experiences with these or other springs ?

I want the car as low as possible without having to spend a small fortune on coilovers, etc. but at the same time dont want to rattle out my teeth :-)

Any advice is very welcome as I am wanting to do this mod within the next couple of weeks.
