Looking at buying a lightly modded P1 but live in e london with car parked on the road. Anyone know of good insurers for this area.
Mods - Prodrive exhaust and brakes.

Schofields not quoted yet waiting for them to ring back
Chris Knott - would not insure

35 wife 40 me 8 years no claims, clean licence, no accidents for 5 years

Tescos - quoted higher
Privilege - not tried yet.

Try Greenlight - we own a lightly modded Terzo (spoiler, brakes, Defi's) and it's parked on the street in London. They gave us a much better quote than anyone else - IIRC they were the cheapest by about 15-25%
