I bet this has been done a few times but here goes....
I'm thinking of buying a new games console but I'm not up with which one to go for.
I bought a N64 when they came out and was very impressed - apart from the lack of games. But the likes of Banjo-kazooie and Legend of Zelda got me hooked.
I want a new console for these types of games but also like rally driving games.

I'm hoping some of you have got two or all three of the latest consoles. Your advice please!

Nick

I'll be buying the GameCube the second Zelda comes out, nothing else has tickled my fancy software wise yet.
Someone on here mentioned that'll be the 2nd quarter of 2003.
Until then, PS2 does me fine
Saying that, the Xbox is chippable as well so there's probably not alot between the two consoles.

Go for the X-Box

You can do so much more with it than the PS2.

The graphics and smoothness of the games are much better than the PS2, once chipped you can copy games to the hard drive and play without CD's.

Also XBox live starts in March allowing you to play over broadband.

I'll also be buying a Gamecube as soon as Zelda comes out!!!
