old question MSN Messenger Xp/2000 conflict

Hi Guys
I have tried search but cant find the relevant thread and I'm sure ive seen this problem posted before,I know this is an old question but I tried to have a netmeeting with me Ma, and she is running XP and I'm running Win 2000 but it wont allow a net meeting only voice conversation, any ideas why??
