just been on to Kazaa for first time and im getting loads of pop up advertisements, Is it possible to stop this from happening?

And in getting loads of thing saved in to my Favorites when i dont want them to. how to stop this?

DEFINITELY use Kazaa Lite if you are going to use Kazaa, and get yourself a personal firewall. Many of the personal firewalls will stop pop ups, "mobile" code etc. as added "value".

 

I use kaZaA lite but am getting a pop up to "upgrade" to newer version got fed up of clicking NO to this and tried installing it but says I can't install the new upgrade becase I have an "old version" WTF??

anyway what I want to ask : is there anyway of turning this particular pop up off.

Fuzz, if you download and install the new version, you won't be installing Kazaa Lite but full Kazaa (with spyware).

Try checking the Kazaa Lite web site to see if they've released an update...I just carry on clicking the No button.
