I play on Saturdays in the West Riding County Amateur League. Not a brilliant standard but there are some good player. Anybody else play?

FACT - Rugby attracts more gay men than every other sport put together, you can just see all the Gold Wheels and hangbags in the car-park cant you!? ;)

I played footy in my younger days, Saturday played for Marlow - Sunday it was the brutal Industrial League ..... vertainly too rough for chaps who like playing with odd shaped balls!! :D

I used to play Sunday League in the Enfield league until a snapped Fibula and Tibula put an end to that!! no I didnt cry Si ;) but it bloody hurt, the gas and air the St Johns ambulance gave me put me on a different planet though :D:D

I still miss it, the smell of booze, curry, B.O. sh1t pitches, physco sunday leaguers not, enough players turning up, fantastic fun.

When I was in orthapedic trauma with my broken femur, the guy opposite me had down that playing footy. He spent most of his time high on morhphine :D

I got my nose bust, fractured both wrist just played strapped up big time.

Played sheffield knocked **** out there best player he got carried off :D
