Question

How many poeple have fitted lowering springs and which type?
Are you pleased with the results?

I gather Eibach are good - I cannot stretch to prodrive or PS99 kits.

I recently put Eibach on my MY02 (fitted at TSL). They lowered the thing quite significantly, but the main point is the greatly reduced body roll and better turn in. Makes the whole driving experience tighter and it definitely worth the cash (oh and so is laser wheel alignment).

What did you pay to have them fitted?
Elite in Rainham want £150inc for the springs and £200 to fit them including alignment (laser).

TSL charged me about £350 (give them a ring to get the exact amount) for the Eibach Spring set, including fitting and laser wheel alignment (the whole thing takes about 3-4 hours).

Graham also took me out in my car after to illustrate the difference!
Edited to say it's quite scary to be driven round at high speed in your own car - get a taste of your own medicine ....

cheers

I'm not that technical I'm afraid, but yes, i believe so. I'm sure there are some people on here who can run you through the detail of the process - come on guys?
