Couldn't even match it, insurance is a bloody joke these days.

Changing from an MY98 to an MY02 - AXA wanted to put the premium up from £660ish to over £1000 (because the new cars are Group 19 instead of 17).

Egg: £550 (fully comp, protected NCB, standard car with tracker)

Happy bunny!:)

(They're underwritten by UK Insurance who also underwrite Tesco)

Adrian flux renewal - 803 quid, 250xs

Egg - 1664, 600 compulsory xs.

So that's a "no" then.

i have to be honest,,egg were close to my current policy price, but wanted a tracker fitted to the car,
andrian fluxes sister company,,advantage insurance, are the best i have come across,i dont need a tracker(although i have one now)
just a cat 1 immobilizer/alarm,my policy on a my99 uk is £1009 ish
they even beat adrian flux by £1 which is quite odd.
