I had the same problem when a bin hit me at a petrol station in the wind in February.... The g1ts didn't pay out because 'act of god' although I am still persuing them under health and safety but it is going to take a long time.....

Thankfully im fully comp,protected no claims so all being taken care of by my insurance company.CIS - bloody good.
I am also claiming against the company responsible for the erection(ooh ahh) of the hoarding,i have taken legal advise and they say i can claim for the effect on my protected no claims and also the fact that the re-sale value of my car has been affected.
The parts are expected in end of this week and then 3 days to be fitted and painted.
I now have a few items for sale:
Air con radiator has a few fins flattened thats all,these are over £400 new.
Grill no damage
side light no damage
