He's Sebastian Bach from Skid Row. And yes, he is an annoying tw@t. Me and a few friends met him at Donnington about 8 years ago and he was a **** then too. Head so far up his own @rse he almost strangled himself on his Y-fronts. (gotta admit his band were pretty good though)
