I have got a MY93 WRX with a speedo that goes up to 110 MPH on the outer main speedo guage and has an inner 180 kph calibration it has rev counter that read lines at 7k and the fuel guage on the left and temp on the right the odomiter shows KMs

I have just had the ECU remaped and as such has removed the Jap 112mph limiter howeve due to the speedo above 110mph (on the track :) ) I can't tell how fast I am going I would like to change this.

I have seen some very nice electro luminesent dial and would like to fit a set however I don't know anybody that doesthem for this model, do they exsist? also as the needel goes full range 0-110 mph I would presume I also need to convert the speedo input (i have heard this is done by a little gearbox in line with the speedo cable) does the fact I have to do this open up my options?

another thought I had was that as I have to change so much maybe I could fit a UK cars whole console?

I have the 180 mph dial set on my94 wrx with the little gearbox and still cant find the type of dials your after. As far as i know they are only making them for the uk spec at the moment but if i,m wrong let me know where you get them from also please

They have el guages for quite a few, but US models - worth a try

If you keep/get the original 180kph dial, once a speedo conversion has been done the km readout will become mph (just put a MPH sticker over KM)

I have done this on two of my previous jap imports, they had poxy 110mph dial put on after the speedo conversion was done
