How do you do that? (I mean the cutty, pasty thing, not the moving thing?)

What printing the screen ? Just press the "Print Screen" key (normally next to Scroll Lock) to copy the whole screen to the clipboard or Ctrl+Print Screen to capture the current window.
Then open your image package, such as Photo Editor, and click paste as new image :) You can paste into emails and stuff too.

If thats not what you meant and I'm teaching to suck eggs then . . . :o
