I have had some 6" speakers put in the rear shelf, but now I'm getting lots of rattles from the shelf.

What holds the shelf in place or what can you do to stop it from moving and causing the rattle.

IIRC the rear parcel shelf is held in by clips, the sort you push into place.

How are the speakers mounted out of interest?

I assume you have tried pushing the parcel shelf back down.
