I couldn't cope with a black car!!!!! I would go for a new back box first then some PIAA driving lamps, followed by some dark tint treatment on the indicators (if you do't like orange).
Oh, and some rally style mudflaps will be a good idea and they keep the paint looking cleaner for longer.

LOL I agree the scooby blue/black is a PITA to keep clean but it is well worth the effort!!

I am undecided wether to go for smoked/clear/carbon on the indicator lights and wether to go for rally style mudflaps or offical Subaru 'splash guards'......

Nice car, apart from the back box and detango inmho a set of morretts would do it the world of good If it was me, maybe change the rear spoiler.
Is it only me who doesnt like the new age spoliers?

Right then for starts...
- Eibach or prodive springs.
- TSL geometery set-up (part of the spring install and it makes the world of difference)
- Smoked side repeaters.
- Carbon or TSL vent like reflector replacements.
- STi fog light covers.
- PPP (can tell it isn't there from the twin pipes).

Then we can start looking at...
- front lip spoilers
- rear difusers
- side skirts
- spoilers
- ICE
- wheels
- brakes

Well you did ask and I have one of the tartest MY01s!

You know it feels like I have started all over again!

Nice looking car though... I like the blue/black colour. Stong light on it and panels turn almost navy blue.... fantastic.

Minor changes and the car looks hyper aggressive (look at DrEvil's GX as an example!).

Great looking car m8.....I've got the Carbon Sti markers and white side indicators on my Blue/black car. Why not get the mini mudflaps made for the P1 for the front?

Got the P1 mini-mud flaps on order for the front at a whopping 8.50 each. Any ideas for the backs?
