Driving from Swansea to Newport on Friday evening.
Thought I saw a camera fixed to the bridge between junction 29/30
of the M4 - looked like a spec type? central camera with two other lens either side?
Can someone please tell me it was a traffic scanner or was I dreaming! - as i passed this camera doing 71mph(I wish?)
