Has anyone got wiring instructions for DEFI.

I was going to get the power from back of the radio, but I have my phone kit attached here. Would it be safe if I do the DEFI in the same place?

Is there another place where I can get power, ing, etc from?

Wiring as follows

Red= 12v Permanent
Black= Earth
Orange= 12v Ignition Switched
White= Illumination

You should be able to take this from the Radio no problems. I usually take it from the Hazard light switch as all the feeds you need are there and it's relatively easy to get too.

As Nito says, I took the earth and +12v from the radio, the ignition switched I soldered onto the solder joint on the other side on the key on the barrel. Illumination I took from the ashtray light.

Just remember to put inline fuses on all the power connections.

I then used some cat5 cable sheath to run the wires in. :)

For the ing switched, I might use the purple and white dashed wire. This behind the fog switch. I orignally used this for my Lamco boost gauge.
