Andy,

The meets in August (you were joking right? :D) and Simon's co-ordinating the web site, but progress has been slow as everyone's been busy over the passed couple of months. We've got an outline of what we want (thanks to Stevie) and you're more than welcome to help us achieve it! :)

I'm not sure how easy it is to move around what Stevie produced, or whether we should leave this to discuss at the meet - opinions people? :D

Chris

Due to the pub closing where we normally meet it's off to pasture's new from now on.
I have just checked out the Cricketers in Eastleigh and the car park is huge so should suit us fine.
Directions:
Leave M27 at junc 5.
Take exit for Sports Grounds,Chandlers Ford.
At roundabout take 1st exit.
Pub is 50 yds on your right with car park out the back.

Date will be the 12th and any time from 7:45.

See you soon.
Cheers Paul.

If I'm right in thinking it's the 12th of August then i'll be there, i'm totally a freshman to this site and subaru in general but certainly will pop along to enjoy,

It's worth bearing in mind that I own the Hurdles in Droxford, the car parks not as big as the cricketers but reasonable local and friendly too!!

See you all on the 12th

We might take you up on that if we do our "pub meet on tour" again next year.
It's always nice to see new faces at the pub meets.
See you next week.

Cheers Paul.

James - this'll be the first meet you've come to for ages where we don't have the Corsa! :D Hopefully, that'll still be the case by Monday, what with Jen power-sliding round every wet corner we come to... :)

web-site:
Simon has passed on all the info gathered by Jen and himself and I now have a rough structure for the pages. I am now starting to build these in Dream Weaver, although I am learning this as I go.

We now have a venue for our regular meets (unless we all get kicked out!) so this page can now be created.

ADP - I think I have used some of your pics from the Bullington meet. If you can make Monday can you bring your digital camera for some shots? Was planning to do a kind of ‘members’ gallery with pic and list of mods. Need some shots similar to Lens WRX (with the mini bonnet scoops) that I am sure you took and you put up on the web.

I have a good idea of peoples mods but will enquire more on Monday. Obviously, if you dont want your car listed/shown then let me know.

Any help offered by the IT types amongst us would be appreciated, as once I have sorted the design/ Dream Weaver pages...... I have not got a clue what to do with it !!

Cheers

 I only slid around one corner and it was only a little slide - you just made it more dramatic by screaming like a girl! ;):D

Steve - nice one! :D I have a few pic's of people's cars if you're short of any (with the owners permission of course!) and let me know if I can be of any help....re: that table I drew together, we need to check with everyone that that's ok - esp. re: e-mail addresses, I think any contact might be better done through a webmaster address and then distributed to the appropriate person... :) I think Simon will be the guy to talk to when you've got it all ready...havn't heard from him a while though

Jen,

I was two cars behind you last Friday afternoon....I guess close to where you live..... and the roundabouts were being taken very respectably !!! I was going to come and say hello, but kind of thought following you was a bit close to stalking !!!

I would prefer not too list peoples names/e-mails etc etc.

Steve

Steve

I'd definatly go along with that names/e-mails thing - alot better I think :)

You should have come to say hello, I'd quite like a stalker! ;):) Probably was close to home as I didn't notice a scooby, tend to take it easy around Totton as it's a 40mph zone....the bypass however... :D:cool::D

No problem,

I might be able to provide some server space too, Ill have to look into that one.

You can help yourself to any of my pictures here ->

http://www.applus.plus.com/e4racing.htm theres 3 or 4 scooby galleries on this one. Think I might have a few more too, but have been too lazy to update recently.

See you all at the cricketers,

ADP - nice looking website! :D

Like the look of that Peugeot 106 Rallye  There's nothing like your first car :)(mine was an old Peugeot 205 - G-reg, eventually pushed it onto the garage forecort to part exchange ;):D)

ADP
09 August 2002, 20:24
Yep the 106 was great, I regret selling it, tried to buy it back but the guy I sold it too had dinged it. Shame as it would have been a good stripped out track day toy now.
