New steering wheel for MY97?

Hi!
Does anybody know if it's possible to change MY97 GT's steering wheel to leather one like MY98 Momo wheel? I read somewhere that there might be difficulties with connectors of airbag. I want to have a airbag anyway.
And is the Momo wheel available anywhere but official dealaer? The price would propably be quite high if bought as a spare part.
The car is eurospecs & LHD, no differences with RHD cars, though?
