sorry we dont deal with Fuchs/Silkolene as we tend to offer better quality specialist fluids (albeit often at similar costs)........
the filters RRP at £21.54inc. but always deals available

cant you simply "copy & paste" something.............

we are not catering for every fluid on the market, only the ones we have real world results and experience with and the confidence it will do the correct "job" - we dont simply concentrate on "shifting boxes"

Motul / Royal Purple are on another level and the CFS & CFS NT ranges of Millers outperform Fuchs and have done conistently in our own testing as well as various customer feedback

if you think that is "LOL" then crack-on............

Wasn't from you Tim but I too had a faulty Subaru blue oil filter late last year which had to be swapped for the black one. Had a pea sized hole in it's side, causing continuous oil leakage which was only picked up by my new gauges.
If it wasn't for that, then could have had all sorts of bother...

Happy with the Millers Nanodrive stuff i ordered off you btw. Good stable oil

any hole should become apparent when oil drips out with no gauges fitted lol

Hi

I guess it was from someone who either stocked up a load of them and didn't return them, or someone who doesn't sell many filters as the issue is about 18 months old now.

The Nanodrive is good stuff and is getting more and more popular.

Cheers

Hi the original link that David put up isn't working now,I have 2 of the blue filters, one recently purchased so should be fine, the other one came with the car when I bought it 5 months ago.
Is there any way to tell if I have one from the bad batch?

Cheers
Rich

I will just use the one recently bought from you for now then and if I'm not 100% sure about the other then I'll bin it.

Is the rcm oil filter not a re branded filter . Or do they get them made to their specification ?

it was such a long time ago and limited to a relatively small number that you would be highly unlucky to be affected at this point.............

the RCM filters are made to their specific spec and v.highly rated

the std JDM - BLACK oil filters are hard to beat for most people IMO
